Terms & Conditions

These are the terms that apply when you pay for a Claplink submission. Paying counts as agreeing to them.
1. What you're buying
One submission of your product to the directories listed on our homepage, for a single one-time payment. You give us your logo, company name, description, social links, site, and (optionally) pricing page. We submit that information to each directory by hand.
2. Payment
Payment is processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles your card details, VAT, and sales tax — we never see your payment information. The price shown on the page and in the modal is the price you pay; there's no subscription and no recurring charge.
3. What's not guaranteed
We submit you to every directory on the list, but we don't control whether each one approves you. Some directories reject listings for their own reasons — duplicate entries, category mismatches, incomplete profiles. When that happens, we tell you exactly which directories rejected you and why, in your final email. Approval by every directory on the list is not guaranteed.
4. Refunds
You can get a full refund any time before we've started submitting your listings. Once submission is in progress, we can't claw back the work already done on the directories that are already live or in review, so refunds after that point are handled case by case. If you're unsure where things stand, email us before requesting a refund and we'll tell you straight.
5. Resubmission
If a directory removes your listing within 90 days of going live, we resubmit it at no charge. After 90 days, email us and we'll take a look — resubmission after that window isn't automatic.
6. One product per payment
Each payment covers one product. If you want to submit a second product, that's a separate submission and a separate payment, since directories require separate listings per product.
7. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you give us — your company name, description, logo, and links. We submit what you provide; we don't fact-check it. Don't give us anything you don't have the rights to use.
8. Limitation of liability
Claplink is a submission service, not a guarantee of traffic, rankings, or domain rating movement. We're not liable for how search engines, AI tools, or directories choose to treat your listings once they're live.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Changes apply to submissions made after the update, not retroactively.
